About
The definition of the American Dream, MadeIT was founded in 2009 in Worthington, OH after Christoph Schmolmueller and his family decided to immigrate from Upper Austria to the Central Ohio region.
Spurred by the growing economy in Columbus, MadeIT was quickly able to differentiate itself from other major public cloud providers by first and foremost offering better service quality that focused on the one thing most companies need: reliability. As the company expanded, they acquired a data center in Dallas, TX as well as in Vienna, AT and opened offices in Ukraine, the Phillipines, Austria, and Germany.
MadeIT has continually invested in the Central Ohio region, acquiring well-beloved software testing tool PlatformLab in 2013 from TechColumbus, and investing and hiring in the region. An immigrant dream, one could say that the founders truly “…made it.”
